For years we've gathered every July to celebrate our sport, from novices to elites! For more beginner athletes at the 10k and half marathon distances,  we've partnered with QT2 Run to offer training plans to help you prepare for the challenges before you on race weekend! Feel free to download our free training plans below!

10k Training Plan
Beginning April 22nd

Starting Weekly Run Volume: 6 Miles

Peak Weekly Run Volume: 14 Miles

3 Running Days (per week)

1 Walking Day (per week)

Half Marathon Training Plan
Beginning April 22nd

Starting Weekly Run Volume: 10 Miles

Peak Weekly Run Volume: 25 Miles

4 Running Days (per week)
