For years we've gathered every July to celebrate our sport, from novices to elites! For more beginner athletes at the 10k and half marathon distances,  we've partnered with QT2 Systems Coaching Services to offer training plans to help you prepare for the challenges before you on race weekend! Beginning April 24th

Starting Weekly Run Volume: 6 Miles

Peak Weekly Run Volume: 14 Miles

3 Running Days (per week)

1 Walking Day (per week)

Beginning April 24th

Starting Weekly Run Volume: 10 Miles

Peak Weekly Run Volume: 25 Miles
